Visit here for those who have miss my last issue of How to Lose Weight Using Fat-Burning Hormones - Part 1.Principle #1
The program formulated by Dr. Zidi Berger, stated that there are a total of four different types of body shapes that are influenced by hormones. In his studies, he found that the body has a tendency to hold fat around vital organs that are stressed as an act of protection against starvation. The different body shapes are the result of specific correlating glandular problems, mainly adrenals, ovaries, thyroid and liver. This weight loss program targets all of the above problems, thus allowing maximum weight loss through better health. When on a program to lose weight, one cannot just put every body on the same foods and expect to be successful. Each person needs to eat and exercise for his or her specific gland weakness.
The outside of the body gives clues as to what is going on inside. In the case of a dysfunction adrenal glands, the body when under stress will store energy (as fat) around the vital organs in the abdomen. If there is an ovary problem, excess fat will be found accumulating around the hip and thighs with a lower stomach bulge just under the bellybutton. When the thyroid gland is weak, an overall appearance of weight gain will occur rather than in just one area as the thyroid hormones are directed into all cells of the body. For a person with liver problem, fluid can leak into the sac around the abdomen, therefore giving a "potbelly" appearance.
Principle #2
There is a common perception that weight gain or obesity is caused by "consuming more calories than are burned" and the way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories. But what about the skinny guy who eat like a horse and yet gain not a single pound. The real problem lies more in metabolism and the hormones that controls it. Eating lesser calories will only help in losing weight initially, but it will rebounds and gain even more especially in the stomach area because "low calories" or "hunger" is the trigger for the fat-storing stress hormone. Therefore, calories are insignificant as compared to Fat-Burning hormones.Principle #3
You have to be healthy before you can lose weight. You are fat because some area of your body is unhealthy. Your weight is a symptom not a cause, try shifting all your attention to fixing the cause by creating a healthy body and the symptom of weight will be solved. Fat is potential energy because it is fuel that has not yet become energy. You need specific keys to release the fat and turn it into energy and these keys are your own hormones. You have about 600 hormones in your body and of this, six are fat-burning and three are fat storing. When you are unhealthy and this causes the three fat storing hormones are active, they will nullify all six fat-burning hormones. The secret to losing weight effectively is to activate the six and keep the three inactive. How to Lose Weight Using Fat-Burning Hormones - Part 1
